From the land of Oz!

We have the GREATEST company at the farm right now! It's been so much fun having (some of ) the Oliver Family here. Of course no one has tried to knock themselves out on open windows just to out-do me...yet. But there was a race between me and Carlene to see who could get stuff on the table faster. Well I guess it was a one-sided race in all reality. But still I won!

Anyway...it's so great to have them here! My children are in LOVE with the blonde one pictured above. And so far I have managed to make her cry, twice. So that's pretty good.

That Picture

Readers, start with the "Success" blog and then move to this later or the odd picture doesn't make any sense.

Well probably it won't make much sense anyway. And I think my readers are dwindling down quite a bit. In fact it could be that the only person that reads &/or comments is pretty much IN this picture. But still, here's the picture. And I didn't try to cut Cat off, she took the picture. Which, since I am in the centre of it and not chopped off, may just prove the extend of her love for me...

Success!

This year my KittyCat and I organized our church's annual "ladies night out". We went with a 'coffee shop' theme. I must say, it went really, really well! My big sister (GloTox) and Jammer were our 'entertainment'--they sang. Our speaker was none other than Jammer's mother/GloTox's mo-in-law. The three of them did so well. The women had a good time, there was lots of laughter and everyone seemed so relaxed. The feedback has been really good.

One of the best parts about it was how fun it was to do something like this with Cat. It was so cool to just be on the 'same page' without having to really explain to each other what we wanted the end result to look like. We just knew, totally on the same page! So here's my 'shout out' to Cat--you are so supercool and I am so thrilled to call you my girlfriend! Much love.

Of course having my GloTox and Jammer there was equally great, if ever you see them headlining at your local coffee shop go in, order a mocha, sit down and prepare to be entertained & delighted. They are a great singing team!

When I first moved to K-town I just prayed so hard for 'a few good girls' & God totally answered my prayers, you guys are the bestest ever!
